SmartRides aims to revolutionize the transportation sector by addressing common problems such as lack of digitization, inefficient routes, driver management, and outdated payment systems. Often, public entities and private companies need to create individual websites or apps to manage their services, leading to excessive fragmentation. Moreover, route optimization is often neglected, causing increased costs and pollution. Manual booking management via phone is not only inefficient but also reduces driver earnings. Finally, the lack of analytical data prevents true optimization of services.
